When you run a company you have to take into consideration the fact that some of your workers might not be fair with you. Unfortunately that is really common nowadays as people don"t respect their work and are not even thinking about the consequences of their actions. For me it is hard to believe in it but I have seen many examples of such doings. Most of the time, your workers won"t work all the time during working hours but will focus on doing other things not connected with their job. They might be browsing internet websites and wasting time on talking with their friends on the phone. They might also take some of your equipment and you will not be able to do anything about it. I was really surprised when I have found out that my workers are stealing exposed concrete perth from the warehouse. I would have never believed in it if I haven"t seen it once. I was so shocked that at first I didn"t know what to do. I have realized that some of the exposed concrete perth is missing and that someone must have taken it. When I knew who did it, I immediately have fired them and they no longer work for me. I guess I didn"t have any other choice, don"t you think? Tell me what is your opinion about it.
